The Divine Mercy Chaplet, a powerful prayer of trust and mercy, was revealed to St. Faustina Kowalska during her mystical encounters with Jesus. This chaplet allows us to meditate on Christ’s Passion while invoking God’s boundless mercy for ourselves and the whole world. It’s a simple yet profound devotion, traditionally prayed using a set of rosary beads.
This guide will walk you through praying the Chaplet and how you can join the Tabella community to pray along with our Divine Mercy Chaplet Playlist.
When to Pray the Chaplet
The Divine Mercy Chaplet can be prayed at any time, but it is especially powerful:
At 3 PM, the Hour of Mercy, when Jesus died on the Cross.
During the Novena of Divine Mercy, which begins on Good Friday and ends on Divine Mercy Sunday.
In moments of personal need or when praying for others.

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.
10. Closing Prayer
Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself. Amen.
Why Pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet?
This chaplet is a prayer of hope and trust. It draws us closer to the merciful heart of Jesus and helps us intercede for the world. St. Faustina recorded these words of Jesus:
"Through the Chaplet you will obtain everything, if what you ask for is compatible with My will." (Diary, 1731)
